3 Wheel Double Buggy

Our tester Claire was impressed by the neat packaging, easy-to-open and deemed it to be to be one of the quickest and most simple pieces of baby gear to put together. She took it out to explore some tough terrain and was extremely pleased with its performance.
Seats
The majority of triple buggies begin life as single pushchairs, although some models can be converted to accommodate the seat of a second person or carrycot using adapters (these are usually more common in tandem buggies). Some models allow you to add an extra board for older children who are ready to walk, but need some help.
Check out the Joie Evalite Duo for an ideal, lightweight solution for urban streets. It's easy to maneuver and comes with a large basket that is full of storage. It can accommodate twins from at birth and can accommodate two car seats, or a carrycot with seat. However, the seats need to be facing forwards, and there's no space for a shopping bag underneath and you'll need a backpack for this.
If you like to travel off-road and off-road, the Mountain Buggy Duet is a great option. It's a side-by-side with the smallest footprint of any double buggy available on the market. The iCandy Orange is one of the most sought-after double buggies available, thanks to its superb comfort. It's a true all terrain pushchair, with soft suspension to make light work of bumpy surfaces. It has 30 different seating configurations, a built-in board for older children who like walking, and a "cinema mode' that raises the back seat for better visibility.
The phil&teds dots are great single buggys that can be easily modified to accommodate two (or three!) different configurations. This is especially helpful for parents with children in a car seat, since the frame can be fitted with a wedgie that allows for optimal lie-flat positioning, or car seat adapters for various brands.
Suspension
The quality of the suspension in a 3 wheel double buggy is essential to how it is easy for you and your baby/s to push. A smooth ride is vital as babies can feel every bump in the road, especially when it's in rough terrain such as grass or paths that aren't paved. Some models have front tires that lock to assist in maneuvering and getting over obstacles like curbs.
Some models use air-filled tyres which will provide a fantastic all-terrain ride, but can be prone to punctures so make sure you have a spare set in the trunk. Some models have gel or foam tyres, designed to take the bumps and can be less prone to punctures, however, you might find them a little stiff and uncomfortable for your child's back if you decide to run.

Folding
A three-wheel double buggy folds quite neatly for storage.
